24/7 emergency out of hours service for registered clients across Shrewsbury

If you and your pet find yourself in an emergency situation during our opening hours, please call ahead to advise us that you are attending the practice so that we can ensure we are ready for your arrival.

If you have an emergency outside of our opening hours, please call us on 01743 362 556. We will advise you on how to proceed.

We run our own out of hours service from our Old Potts Way surgery, where our inpatient and hospitalisation facilities are based.

Outside of normal surgery hours, your call will be answered by a recorded message, after which you will be put through to the duty vet if required. Any out of hours calls will be dealt with by our own veterinary surgeons.
